Hello,
a bit about me:
My name is Valerie, and I have been fangirling most of my life. The people and things that excite me I have always tried to share with as many people as possible. I live in New York City. I have an exceptionally cute dog named after an English comedian. I love to travel, and stalk history. I paint and craft. I am chronically ill. I can frequently be found eating ice cream out of a helmet at Citi Field. I am currently serving as President of the Board for a non-profit. I have a lot of thoughts about fan communities and after completing my Master's degree at the Graduate Center, CUNY, I am currently applying to PhD programs to continue to flesh them out.
