I vote and help manage the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making live music accessible. Previously, I served one term as the Vice President, one as President of the Board, and another as a member of the Board of Directors.

Xtra Mile Recordings:
Online Marketing & Social Media Manager

2013 - present

 

I manage and maintain all of Xtra Mile Recording's social media channels to share news and engage fans. I created the Xtra Mile Street Team and Market Rep Program, to further involve fans in the development and growth of the label and our artists. I plan and execute events for fans, like house show tours and pop-up sets.

 

 

The Syndicate:
Marketing Representative

2008 - 2012

 

I distributed promotional items at concerts for clients of the Syndicate, like musical artists and comedians. I reported on the demographics of the crowds I engaged with to aid market research and assisted at festivals.

Social Media e-Intern

Autumn 2016

 

Drafted social posts based on the NEH's 50-year history of funded projects, transcribed closed-captioning on their YouTube videos and brainstormed digital projects the NEH could execute at conferences.

 

 

SONY's Red Distribution:
Online Marketing & Stache Media Intern

2009 - 2010

 

Created nationwide online and offline missions for the Stache Media street team, and upon completion compiled results into reports for clients. Mailed materials out to reps for lifestyle marketing. Created content for the Stache Media social channels. Drafted proposals to send to potential clients.

 

Columbia Records:
A&R Intern

Autumn 2008

Participated in weekly meetings to pitch new unsigned talent; including Stereo Skyline, a pop band from Long Island, NY who was later signed to the label. Completed a weekly report on unsigned talent by compiling data from various music websites. Coordinated equipment for artist showcases. Assisted in various administrative tasks for the A&R department.
